The Person

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced leader with:

• Proven Expertise: A number of years with a proven track record in business development, consulting, or sales roles, with a focus on data services or analytics.
• Strong Networks: Established connections with decision-makers across New Zealand's private and public sectors.
• Technical Know-How: Deep knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and an understanding of the evolving data landscape.
• Leadership Prowess: A track record of mentoring teams and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale programmes.
• Business Acumen: The ability to lead discovery conversations, map complex client requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Results-Driven Mindset: Experience closing deals, converting bids into engagements, and driving measurable growth.
