The Role
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Consultant to join the Customer Succes Team, you will be working with a team of 15 consultants. In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering top-notch service and solutions to a diverse and exciting client base. This role would suit a Junior to intermediate consultant that thrives on supporting clients. 

The role can be based anywhere in New Zealand but there is a strong preference for an Auckland based candidate. 
This company will offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate. 

The Person
The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in CRM customer-facing support roles. Someone who thrives on learning, pushing boundaries and thinking creatively, always prioritising customer satisfaction and excellence. 
An adaptable professional that can effortlessly transition from hands-on configuration to engaging in customer meetings and in-depth business process discussions. 

The Skills
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM 
  • A flair for customer engagement and the ability to nurture lasting client relationships
  • Commercial acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of business operations
  • Proficiency in delivering informative, business-ready training for customer stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
