Summary
A rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a newly created Product Manager role. You’ll be at the forefront of driving partner engagement, using technology to bring customers and partners on board.
You will have an opportunity to shape a team around you. With a broad remit and a team of engineers (though no direct reports), you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and optimising this growing company.
The Role
This role is all about leveraging technology to bring partners on board, ensuring they engage effectively with the platform. You will be working closely with a team of engineers to create seamless, automated solutions. You will act as a key problem-solver, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that processes are optimised for efficiency and impact.
A large part of your work will involve influencing stakeholders and championing innovation. You will explore the potential of marketing automation, AI technology, and virtual SDR/BDR solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
Above all, you will be the "floating brain" of the team, the go to person for problem solving and strategic thinking.
You can be based in Wellington or Auckland to be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will be a big-picture thinker with a strategic mindset, able to connect the dots between technology, marketing, and business needs.
While technical expertise is valuable, what truly matters is a proven ability to optimise processes and drive meaningful improvements.
Most importantly, we want someone who is proactive, obsessed with partner engagement, and excited to take ownership of this space. And of course, being a genuinely nice person is a must!
The Skills
- Strong Product Manager experience a must
- Marketing operations experience is a plus
- Proven ability to optimise processes and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is ideal
- Experience in marketing automation, AI, or virtual SDR/BDR solutions is beneficial
