Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Reason for hire: Internal promotion. Current Lead (Rama) has been promoted to Architect - looking for a back fill.

Duties: This role is a mix of people management and hands on Salesforce development. You will grow a team around you

• Part of Digital Transformation Project Team to enhance and enable unique process globally.
• Analyze, Explore and Implemented Salesforce Products OMS (Order Management System) and SM (Subscription Management) from Revenue Cloud.
• Exploring the integrations of AI Bots across different platforms. Integrating Avalara Tax Solution. Part of Digital Transformation Project Team to enhance and enable unique process globally.
• Analyze, Explore and Implemented Salesforce Products OMS (Order Management System) and SM (Subscription Management) from Revenue Cloud.

Ideal candidates: A creative doer. Strong leader. Someone that knows the technicalities of Salesforce (Salesforce developer) & can lead a team well. Inspire other. Customer first approach.

Has worked in a multi-cloud environment

Salary: $130k - $150k

Start date: Before Christmas
