Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Required: Degree in computer science, biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Track record as a Bioinformatics Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Nextflow, Python, R, TypeScript, Unix/shell scripting, and data science tools like Jupyter or RStudio.
