The Role

Are you a Senior Automation Engineer keen to take the next step in your career? Upper Echelon has an opportunity for an experienced engineer to join one of New Zealand's leading Industrial Automation companies in the role of Technical Manager.

You’ll have experince of working in the manufacturing, electrical, utilities or food and beverage industries and have technical knowledge of PLC platforms, HMI, and O/T.

You’ll be responsible for collaborating with new and existing customers, leading technical projects, helping with the growth of the branch as as well as:

  • Pricing and scoping work
  • Developing optimal solutions for clients
  • Project management
  • Strategic planning
