We are seeking a Desktop Support engineer for a busy and growing fintec firm to support, design and implement IT operations and technical support processes for a high performance cloud based service.

A friendly team using modern cloud based technology, M365, SCCM and Intune. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a growing firm and solving problems that directly impact the business.

Using Jira Service management as a ticketing tool, Microsoft Power Automate and supporting the Sharepoint environment.

Some infrequent monthly travel will be required to the other New Zealand offices. You will also be providing remote support for users working via various locations.

This is an onsite role. 5 days a week. Central Auckland based.

Here is a good opportunity to move upward in an IT department to a senior role in the infrastructure, architectural or Service delivery areas.

The salary for this role is between $80,000 and $85,000 per annum with benefits. Start is immediate but we will consider 4 week notice periods
