Upper Echelon is excited to be partnering with a leading client to recruit a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will help clients unlock the full potential of Workday Adaptive Planning, a next gen, cloud based platform that offers unparalleled agility and speed. You’ll work closely with cross functional teams to deliver world class solutions that empower organisations to make data driven decisions faster and more efficiently.
Are You the One We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for a consultant who is passionate about data-driven transformation and thrives on helping clients navigate the complexities of modern business planning. You should be comfortable mentoring clients, driving change, and using your technical and financial expertise to guide organisations to success.
You’ll need to bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a planning consultant or as a Power user of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proven experience in administrating Workday Adaptive Planning and a strong grasp of financial concepts such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows, etc.
- A background in financial accounting .
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a solid understanding of financial planning and reporting.
- Strong business analysis skills gained from roles within industry or consulting.
- Excellent consulting abilities: managing client relationships, delivering projects on time, and working within budget constraints.
- Communication skills—able to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
